Skinners are a British family business with over 50 years of nutritional know-how, rooted in canine science and a lifetime with their dogs. Since 1688, Skinner’s mill has stood proudly as part of the Suffolk landscape. It’s been in the Skinner family for seven generations and it’s where they continue to make most of their foods today. The Skinner family produced many varieties of animal feeds ranging from monkey nuts to cat food.
Skinner’s continue to develop their range, expanding their mill to become one of the most sophisticated dry dog food manufacturing plants in the country, producing ALL their foods at their factory in Suffolk, using British sourced product where possible and grains that surround the local fields. All their diets are produced using a fixed formula, so the diets are always consistent.
Skinner’s celebrate 50 years of fuelling working dogs (1971-2021). To celebrate they updated the look of the brand with a refreshed logo, updated and redesigned their dry food packaging, enhanced their range with 4 x wet food diets, 3 x treats and updated – all in recyclable packaging!
